This Valentine is made of cotton fabric.  It has been primed with gesso.  After sanding, it is painted with acrylic paint.  It is 16" long and 8" high.  There is a loop on the back to hang it up.  The eyes are made from cardstock and crochet thread.  The centers of the eyes are wooden heart shaped buttons.  The nose is needle sculpted.  The eyebrows and mouth are crochet thread. There is a real key hanging from the bottom.  A heart shaped wooden button is on the right wing.  The Valentine is heavily antiqued.  The halo is paper covered wire.
