Roxie is created to sit either on or off of her rocky perch.  This mermaid measures 6" x 8" and is made of cloth that is then painted.  The hair is yarn.  Her pedestal is 4" x 8" and made from plaster wrap that is then painted to look like worn rock.

She is lost in thought as she gazes toward the horizon--where the sea and sky meet.  What does she mourn?
