Nedra is a sweet and gentle little witch who measures 15". She and her companion owl are both made of cloth and then painted.  Face painting directions are included.  Nedra's dress is tattered and her feet are bare. Her hat is felt and fabric and tied under her chin to keep it from blowing away on late night broom rides.
