The Cat Fish Fairy is 9" x  6" and constructed of painted fabric.  The tail is quilted and the rest of the body is decorated with ric rac.  The nose is needle sculpted, and the wings are made from tulle, wire and organza.  The crown and top of the wand are made from embossing metal.  The creation is mounted on a wooden base.
