These birds are made using woven cotton fabric,  primed with gesso and then painted with acrylic paint. 

 The rooster is 8" x 9" and the chicken is 7" x 9". They are attached to wood bases. They also have rusted wire necklaces with rusted stars and bells attached. The wings are quilted as is the rooster's tail.
